Hi, welcome to Scott-Elkins Fine Portraits. We have been a full time event and lifestyle portrait artists for over 30 years in the greater Los Angeles area. We have photographed over 10,000 children, babies, families and high school seniors, and over 1,200 weddings since 1991. We are so grateful to be Artists and do what we love for a living.
