Forensic anthropologists, archaeologists, and FBI special agents were all in the house Monday at the BONES 200th Episode pre-party. Hosted at the Herringbone restaurant at the Mondrian Los Angeles in Beverly Hills, we were taken aback by the beautiful decor and awesome lighting. Russell Harris Event Group brought it all together the show’s 200th episode airing this Thursday, December 11, 2014.

The Koshkorian’s made it quite easy for us to scout locations for this Fall shoot because their home in Calabasas was filled with an assortment of colors. The children thoroughly enjoyed their time in the peak of the new season; who doesn’t like to play around in the leaves every once in a while?

Neo Modern Portraits

When Olga saw her friends portraits at her home, she called and said, “I have a look that I would love you guys to create for my family. Do you know of a location that has a slightly romantic feel with interesting hardscape and gardens?”

We had a private location that fit her vision perfectly. We consulted with her at her home to finalize details and wardrobe, and secured a fabulous make-up artist to complete their look. Surprisingly, everything needed to be coordinated around their beautiful German Shepard Xena, the warrior princess.

Everybody had a blast, and the grandparents were thrilled to have a multi-generational portrait. The portraits are now hanging in their home as rich sepia tone’s  etched into metal that has  a dramatic impact on the entry foyer.

Stony Point Children’s Photography in Calabasas

I really love silhouettes, they tell a story….  This image was created at the boys were walking up the hill and I saw them against the evening sky.  Without a doubt late afternoon sun is the golden-hour.  This was among the first family portraits that this family has ever taken.  I am really grateful to have had the opportunity to create this image with them.

A Day at the Beach Family Portrait Photography

We had such a blast at the beach this day!! The kids were having a blast picking up shells and playing in the surf…  The sunset and sky was amazing….

 

Portraits don’t have to be eye level with the subjects looking in the camera, sometimes dramatic images are produced by changing it up and looking for something different.viagra One thing that I really enjoy is the variety of the enviroments that we shoot in.
